Just a review on the CARET program and video I did last week. I go over the 2007 "Issac" CARET articles and submissions to "Coast to Coast AM" by that person. Brief review of an "Issac" update article later in 2007. "Issac" claims to have worked at CARET in the 1980s. I conclude with the mentions of Commercial Applications Research of Extraterrestrial Technology in a couple books. Enjoy and you decide!
Commercial Applications Research for Extraterrestrial Technology. It may have been a government contracted company, and who knows, it could still. No way this was a private organization since little to no information can be found regarding CARET. The amount of detail and they way it was created seems very legit. You decide!
